This is the informal Paper prepared by the Polish Presidency, summarising the results of and key issues discussed at the sixth European Ministerial Conference eGov2011PL. The Polish Presidency hopes that this document will prove useful for gathering, systemizing and sharing the results of this event as well as for stimulating upcoming debates and activities in the area of eGovernment.
