From February 2011, Mr. Miloš Molnár is the Director General of the Information Society Section in the Slovak Ministry of Finance. This section is the central government body responsible for the information society. He is the manager of the Operational Programme Information Society. He was educated at the University of Mathias Bell in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia (Marketing Management), City University Bratislava - The Open University (Customer relationship management) and B.I.B.S. (Nottingham Trent University) Brno, Czech Republic (MBA Senior Executive). Mr. Miloš Molnár has 15 years of experience in general management and more than 10 years of experience in project and program management. In his career he dealt with different cultures, teams, customers, and suppliers.

Title of the presentation: IOM - Integrated point of governmental services in Slovakia

Abstract: IOM project (Integrated point of governmental services) is designed as a set of service points for delivering eGovernment services. These services shall be provided to citizens without internet connection or low computer literacy. Base principle is providing services as single point of service for most of all situations during citizen's or business's life. Service points shall be placed in the whole area of Slovak republic with focus on small towns and bigger villages (from 1000 inhabitants). Total number of service points shall be more than one thousand. Expected providers are post offices, municipalities and embassies.
