Abstract: French modernisation administration program includes an ambitious plan to develop digital relationship with citizen based on:
- dramatic improvement of accessibility of internet services,
- development of personalized and mobile services,
- open innovation with citizens and business.
First results are there: the number of internet websites have been heavily reduced and over 2 million personal accounts have been created on "mon.service-public.fr" webstie that are used for every on-line service. The strategy is now evolving to take advantage of social networks.
