Title of the presentation: E-service efficiency, e-government enablers and SOA
Abstract: In Latvia central e-government infrastructure is SOA based since 2006 (www.latvija.lv). During these years many reusable SOA components were built, such as e-banking, e-authentication, data exchange solutions aimed at decreasing costs and time of new e-services development. Some of these components are handled in cooperation with private sector. In the presentation an analysis will be given of cost and time efficiency, e-service, new service availability and their social impact.
